1. Information about us

www.pellmo.co.uk is operated by Pellmo Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16846311 and our registered office is at 122 Beachcroft Road, Kingswinford, DY6 0HU. You can email us at Charlie@pellmo.co.uk

 

2. Service availability

2.1 Our site is primarily for UK residents, but we do accept orders from EU residents. Delivery and returns rules may differ depending on location.

 

3. Your status

3.1 By ordering from us, you confirm that:

(a) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;

(b) you are at least 18 years old;

(c) you live in the UK or another EU country; 

(d) you are accessing our site from the UK or EU.

 

4. How the contract is formed between you and us

4.1 Your contract starts when we send your Order Confirmation email.

4.2 Only products listed in that confirmation are part of the contract. Any additional products require a separate confirmation.

 

5. Consumer rights

5.1 These apply only to individuals, not businesses.

5.2 You can cancel your order within 30 days from delivery for non-bespoke products, provided they are in the condition delivered. Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned.

5.3 To cancel, contact us via email. Products must be cared for while in your possession.

 

6. Products and services

6.1 Product descriptions, sizes, and colours are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may occur due to hand-dyeing or natural materials. Photos on the website are renders and will have slight variations.

6.2 Bespoke products: dimensions may vary ±2cm.

6.3 You are responsible for checking your order details before submitting.

6.4 Our products are intended for domestic use only. Commercial use is at your own risk.

6.5 Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

 

7. Delivery

7.1 We will contact you to schedule a delivery.

7.2 Delivery is to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) unless otherwise agreed.

7.3 Delivery must be accepted on the scheduled date; missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.

7.4 Delivery team will handle items carefully but cannot be held liable for accidental property damage.

8. Free Replacement Part

8.1 Each sofa or armchair comes with one free replacement part (arm or cushion).

8.2 Only one free replacement per item. Fabric colour may vary between batches. Extra parts can be purchased separately.

 

9. Returns

9.1 Non-bespoke products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

9.2 Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

9.3 Delivery fees are non-refundable. Returns must be arranged with Pellmo directly.

9.4 If something isn’t right with your order (fault, damage in transit, or it’s not as expected), contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund quickly and hassle-free.

 

10. Guarantees

10.1 Frames, and upholstery: 5 year guarantee (original owner only).

10.2 Fabrics and cushions: 2-year guarantee from delivery.

10.3 Guarantees exclude fair wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage from external factors (fire, water, pests, etc.).

10.4 To make a claim, email Charlie@pellmo.co.uk with your order details and photos if requested. We’ll repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

 

11. Risk and title

11.1 The Products are at your risk from the time of delivery.

11.2 Ownership passes to you only once Pellmo has received full payment for all sums due, including delivery.

 

12. Price and payment

12.1 Product prices are as quoted on our site or via email at the time of order, except in cases of obvious error.

12.2 Prices include VAT and delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

12.3 Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.

12.4 If a product is incorrectly priced, we may contact you for instructions, reject the order, or charge the correct price if it is lower.

12.5 Payment may be made by card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect, Maestro), bank transfer, or other methods specified on our site.

12.6 Products cannot be delivered until full payment is received.

 

13. Our refunds and returns policy

13.1 Returns of non-bespoke products:

(a) Cancelled within 30 days of delivery: full refund if the item is in its original condition.

(b) Defective or damaged items: contact Pellmo immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

13.2 Refunds will usually be made using the same payment method used for purchase.

13.3 Bespoke products cannot be returned. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

14. Our liability

14.1 We warrant that products are of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for domestic purposes.

14.2 Liability for losses caused by us is limited to the purchase price of the product.

14.3 This does not include:

(a) death or personal injury from our negligence;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) anything it is illegal for us to exclude.

14.4 We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profits, revenue, or data, except as covered above.

 

15. Import duty

15.1 Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these.

15.2 You must comply with all laws and regulations in your country; Pellmo is not liable for breaches.

 

16. Written communications

16.1 Communications from Pellmo may be electronic. Emails and website notices are considered legally valid.

16.2 This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

17. Notices

17.1 Notices to Pellmo must be sent to:

17.2 Notices from Pellmo may be sent by email. Delivery is deemed immediate for website notices, 24 hours for email.

 

18. Contract

18.1 The contract is binding on you and Pellmo and our respective successors and assigns.

18.2 You may not transfer the contract without written consent.

18.3 Pellmo may transfer, assign, or subcontract at any time.

 

19. Events outside our control (Force Majeure)

19.1 Pellmo is not liable for failure or delay due to events outside our reasonable control.

19.2 Force Majeure includes strikes, civil unrest, war, natural disasters, telecommunications failure, or government restrictions.

19.3 Performance is suspended during the event, and Pellmo may extend delivery or find alternative solutions.

 

20. Waiver

20.1 Failure by Pellmo to enforce terms does not constitute a waiver.

20.2 A waiver must be expressly stated in writing to be valid.

21. Severability

21.1 If any term is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the rest of the terms remain valid.

 

22. Entire agreement

22.1 These terms, the Privacy Policy, and related documents represent the entire agreement between you and Pellmo.

22.2 You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statements outside these terms, except in cases of fraud.

 

23. Variations

23.1 Pellmo may revise these terms to reflect market, legal, or technical changes.

23.2 You will be subject to the version in force at the time of your order, unless changes are legally required or notified before order confirmation.

 

24. Law and jurisdiction

24.1 Contracts are governed by English law.

24.2 Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

25. Complaints process

25.1 Contact Charlie@pellmo.co.uk for complaints. We will resolve issues promptly and fairly.

 

26. Terms of website use

26.1 This page, together with documents referred to on it, sets out the terms on which you may use our website www.pellmo.co.uk.

26.2 By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

27. Accessing our site

27.1 Access is permitted on a temporary basis. Pellmo may suspend or withdraw the site without notice.

27.2 You are responsible for making arrangements to access the site and ensuring anyone using your connection complies with these terms.

 

 

28. Intellectual property rights

28.1 Pellmo doesn’t want you to steal the designs.

28.2 You may print or download extracts for personal use only.

28.3 You may not modify, copy, or use any material for commercial purposes without a licence from Pellmo.

28.4 Our logo and branding is ours, don’t copy please.

 

29. Links from our site

29.1 Pellmo is not responsible for content on third-party sites linked from our site.

29.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy or legality of linked websites.

 

30. Viruses, hacking and other offences

30.1 You must not misuse our site by introducing viruses, hacking, or attacking the site.

30.2 Breach of this may constitute a criminal offence, and Pellmo may report it to authorities.

30.3 Pellmo is not liable for loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful material.

 

31. Privacy policy

31.1 Pellmo is committed to protecting your privacy.

31.2 We process information in line with our Privacy Policy, including data collected during registration, ordering, or site use.

31.3 Data may be stored and processed outside the EEA.

31.4 Payment information is encrypted using SSL.

31.5 You have rights to access, correct, or prevent processing of your data.

32.1 Pellmo uses cookies to improve the site and deliver personalised services.

35. Transactions concluded through our site

35.1 Contracts for the supply of products through www.pellmo.co.uk are governed by these terms and conditions and shopify.

36. Social media content

36.1 Pellmo may request permission to use images you post of our products. If granted, we will credit where possible.
