Delivery coverage
We deliver to any address in Mainland UK, no matter how tricky the access. Flats, studios, townhouses, narrow staircases, tight corridors — we’ve designed Pellmo furniture to get there.

Room of choice delivery
All Pellmo sofas and armchairs are delivered directly to your room of choice. That includes upper floors, awkward layouts, and properties with restricted access, provided safe access is possible.

Designed for access
Our furniture is made in modular sections to allow delivery into spaces where traditional sofas simply won’t go. This means we can confidently deliver to homes that others can’t.

Access requirements
You are responsible for ensuring:

• Clear and safe access to the delivery address and room of choice

• Staircases, corridors, doorways, and lifts are suitable for safe manual handling

• Any parking permits or access permissions required are arranged in advance

If access details change or are not as described, delivery may be delayed or rescheduled.

Failed or restricted deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to unsafe access, incorrect information, or obstruction, Pellmo reserves the right to:

• Rearrange delivery at a later date, or

• Charge a reasonable redelivery fee

Mainland UK guarantee
Our delivery guarantee applies to Mainland UK only. Deliveries to offshore islands, Northern Ireland, or international addresses may be possible by arrangement but are not covered under this policy.

Damage in transit
If your order arrives with damage or signs of mishandling, notify us as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are provided at the point of order. While we always aim to meet them, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
