Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem! You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return your sofa or armchair, as long as it’s not a bespoke order. Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging, and we’ll sort it out for you. Easy, stress-free, and no awkward forms to fill in.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worrry! A knock in transit or a little fault, let us know and we’ll take care of it straight away. Just let us know through a phone call or email!

Delivery fees aren’t refundable. Returns must be organised through Pellmo directly. Bespoke or customised products cannot be returned.
